The Terms & Conditions noted below are common and apply to all products sold by Derwent Traders Pty Ltd.
Returns/Refunds
Before returning an item you must first obtain a Return Authorization number ( RA#) from us, to do this please contact us by email sales@derwenttraders.com.au and if warranted we will issue a return authorization number. Please note we will not accept any returns without an RA#
Item not matching our advertisement
If a product/s does not significantly match the item's description as advertised, you may apply to receive a refund (including our original handling and shipping charges. The item/s must be returned in new & re-sale able condition. Return freight is the customer's responsibility. For your protection we suggest that you use a traceable and insured method of shipping. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given beyond ten days after delivery.
You have changed your mind, and wish to request a refund
Refunds in this case are for the sale amount only. Postage and handling is not refundable. The buyer is to pay the return postage. We will charge a 20% re-stocking fee provided the item/s are returned in perfect, brand new, re-sale able condition. If the item/s is/are not returned in perfect, brand new, re-sale able condition.we reserve the right to either increase the restocking fee percentage or not accept the return, this is at our discretion.
For your protection we suggest that you use a traceable and insured method of shipping.

Exchange
If you order an item, then change your mind and wish to exchange it for something else. You may return the item, but you must first contact us by email to obtain Authorization Return number (RA#). Upon return of the item, we will inspect the it, and if the product and packaging is in brand new re-sale able condition, apply the value to the new purchase. The difference is then paid by you or refunded by Derwent Traders, depending upon which item/s you exchanged it for.
Original out going postage is not refundable. The buyer is also responsible for the return postage to us and the postage of the replacement product back to the customer.

Warranty
Our products are warranted against faulty material and or workmanship for the period set by the manufacturer. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacing the unit at our discretion or the discretion of the manufacturer. Prior to return under warranty you must first contact Derwent Traders stating the nature of the fault and your preferred action by us. Return without authorization returns will not be accepted
The warranty shall not apply and is not limited to, any parts or materials which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse whether intentional or by accident. We shall not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
Furthermore, the warranty is invalid if no receipt or equivalent proof of purchase can be produced. The return postage costs are at the buyer's expense.
DISCLAIMER: Derwent Traders Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for damage or injury that may occur as a result of the improper use of products sold by Derwent Traders Pty Ltd or the unpredictability of wild animals
Incorrect item/s delivered by us
If you find you have received an item incorrect you should immediately contact us regarding the return requirements.
Damage
Damage to goods must be notified within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 days
Disputes
Both the customer and the supplier are bound by the Department of Fair trading Rules for Refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of such regulations. Copies of regulations can be acquired by contacting the Department of Fair Trading.
